My Landi Pandi

Landon has been such a big helper lately with Tayton. And when he is not incouraging Braddoc to scream or fighting over Geo Trax trains he is a pretty good big brother to Braddoc too. They usually get along so well and are really good buddies. At enrichment the other night I went to the window of the nursery to peek in on them, thinking they were probably having a blast getting to play with their friends and I found them playing with each other. It was very sweet and everytime after that that I checked in there they were playing with or hugging with and laughing with each other. They both had really good friends in there too so it was so nice and refreshing to see them with each other having so much fun.

Landon started preschool last month and loves it. He tells me about his friends and snack time all the time. The first thing he tells me when I ask how it went was what he had for snack. The first time he was a bit whiney when I left but not to too, and then he was like the 7th (out of 23) to get picked up and so he for whatever reason thought I was not coming and so when I left him the next day he cried and cried and throw a fit screaming on the ground. I told him we would go for ice cream when I picked him up but it still did not calm him down. It was so hard to leave him but his teachers said he calmed down and was really good after that. He loves getting to take a book and a toy for show and tell and each week they have a color that the kids wear so he loves picking out his clothes to match the color. At home to encourage him and his colors (which he already knew) we talk about all the things we see with that color. He has also learned how to spell the colors which is so fun he knows: red, purple, and yellow so far. He came home the first week singing 3 songs word for word. I am a pizza, Animals in the ocean, and then most of Going on a Bear hunt. He also knew all the motions he knew them so well he taught me and we went online and found the songs and then he taught Braddoc. Its been so nice to see him learning things so fast. He loves school which makes me really happy. The other day we were at Lowes and he told me he wanted to show me something, so I went with him and all of a sudden a little girl came running up to him and gave him a big hug. He told me her name and that she is his friend, and then her mom came up and said "is this Landon? we have heard so much about him, she talks about him everyday all day." Guess I have myself a ladies man, plus girls are the only ones he comes home and talks about.

He also went to the Dentist for the first time a few weeks ago ( I know Im a slacker). And he LOVED it! He loved them doteing on him and paying attention to him. He loved showing them how he brushed his teeth and hearing them tell him how good he is for brushing his teeth. He does have a cavity on his front tooth which I already kind of knew (thats why I took him in) so he is getting that filled next week, we shall see how well that goes.

He loves to hold Tayton and talk to him and tell him all about things, he is such a big helper and gets me diapers and clothes for Tayton all the time, most the time without being asked. When he goes to put on his PJs he always brings down some for Braddoc and Tayton.

He loves to play dress up and Star Wars (his new favorite thing) and of course still loves trains and playing outside.

He called his Mimi the other day and said "Hi mimi I miss you, Im still in Las Begas." He loves her so much and cant wait to go see him next month, he talks about her all the time and anytime we drive down the 95 (no idea why that road) he always says "Mom we are going to Mimis now!" He tells his teacher all the time that he is going to alaska. And when I told him it was 6 weeks away, he looks at his hands and gets very upset and says "But mom thats a long time, I cant have that many fingers." I showed him how to count on both hands and so that made it better but then he said, "I cant wait for it to be one hand." He is so ready to go visit. When I tried explaining snow to him he told me out of the blue, "Mom we are going to the snow! and go snowboarding, cause I know how to go snowboardings. We are going to bring our snowboarding right?"

He comes up with such crazy ways to tell me things it cracks me up. He knows his words and talks AMAZINGLY but I love to hear his weird way of thinking about things. He told me the other day. "Mom I want the pants where the circles dont go to my feet." He meant shorts, but it was too cute to hear what shorts really meant to him in his mind.

He calls stuff Fooky, like scooby doo. We have lots of Fooky stuff for halloween and he is getting such a big kick out of all of it. We have a halloween village on the counter and he LOVES it. I took him shopping to let him pick out the addition to it for this year, so he loves it even more.

Dressed up like an Alien (this is a 6-12 month outfit which makes it so funny)

An elephant, again way to small!
He hooked the truck up to the car and pulled Braddoc all around the house. They were laughing so hard!

He did smile in the next picture we took, but I thought this one was so funny!

His first dentist trip!

He was so good!

He was yelling at me to come look at what he did! They love to do this and then slide down it, so this time he was holding on and told me he was so cool.

He is in a mood when he wakes up from nap sometime. We joke that you cant anger the beast when he wakes up because he is such a bear. Not everytime but probably every other time, however we never know what day its going to be.

He loves his daddy! Daddy loves his space when eating lol so thats why Noah has a lovely look on his face.

His first day of school. Noah got off work for a bit so he could be there for his first borns first day, it was so nice for Landon, it made him so happy.

Possing for his first day with Braddoc.

They are so silly!!!

Loves loves loves his daddy!

Tayton at 4 months

Ok so total blog slacker. I will admit this whole mom of three business makes life super busy. I never thought life could be the busy, I mean its amazing and wonderful and fun filled but busy. I have not read a book since I had Tayton, I have not wrote in my journal nor have I been able to ever fall asleep in my life by 9 pm. I literally just pass out, its crazy I used to have to count sheep, lay in bed staring at the ceiling hoping to fall asleep but not any more, I am crashed out on the couch waiting for noah to get home or fall asleep watching a movie with him when he is home. So with the busy crazy life I lead I have of course got behind on the blog.

Well my wonderful sweet baby is just that, still a little peanut baby. Someone told me the other day that is not fair that my kids stay little for so long. Its nice having a tiny baby, but I worry about him all the time. At his check up his stats were:
9 pnds 11 oz
23 3/4 inches

He just turned 4 months and is not even 10 pounds. Poor guy! We did find out though that he has trouble empting his stomach. He eats like a champ but does not move the food from his stomach to his intestines very quickly and therefor spits most of it up, A LOT! and ALL THE TIME!! He has not been a super unhappy baby, he is usually really good except occasionally for nap he fussies the whole time and just wants to sleep but I can tell he is in pain and then at night before bed he screams for about 2 hours, but other then that he is just a smily angel. This crying at night too is a new thing, like the last few weeks, so I feel so bad for him.

So enough about the hard parts of Tayton and onto the great stuff:

*He is such a smiley boy. He loves to smile and has a HUGE open mouth smile and a dimple on the right cheek.

*He moves all over the place. I put him in his head with his head at the top of the bed and come to check on him and he has done a 180 and his heads at the opposite end of the bed. When I lay him on the floor he kicks himself all over.

*He loves his hands and finger, I am constantly taking them out of his mouth, he doesnt put in his thumb though, just two or three fingeres. He even chokes himself by shoving them in to far.

*He is cutting 4 teeth (one molar, two K9s and one top front tooth) and he drools all the time and loves to stick things in his mouth.

*He loves to have his blanket up rubbing against his face in the car seat, when he takes naps and when he is in his bouncer.

*He sleeps on his left side and his head is now going flat so we are having to train him to sleep on the other side.

*He loves the vaccuum cleaner.

* he will be so happy if someone if just right by him talking to him. Landons super good at that.

*He can sit up on our laps with a little bit of help, but mostly he just bends over and does it on his own.

*He hates to be facing in, he wants to be facing out to see everything.

*He loves to stand up and makes it super hard to get him dressed because he just wants to push up and stand.

* He loves so hard when you tickle his neck, its so precious. I love the sound of baby laughter, its just amazing and melts my heart.

Love that smile!

What the heck? Love that face!

Loves his big brother so much!

Poor sleepy baby finally feel asleep after lots of screaming.
Loves the bumbo!

His big brothers love him so much.

He loves his daddy, his face lights up everytime he see's him.

He makes this face a lot!

Tayton at 2 months

Man I love this kid. He is so amazing and so sweet. I just want to cuddle him all the time and give him lots and lots of kissed!!!
At his check up today his stats were:
8 pounds 8 oz
22 inches
He is only gaining about 20 grams a day which is the lowest number a baby can gain in a day so they are a little worried about him. He went from being in the 5th percentile in weight to the 3rd so he is just dropping. I saw a baby at the doctors office today who was there for their 2 week and Tayton was smaller then him, he is so tiny I dont know what to do with him sometimes, Im not used to such a tiny baby. He is on meds for acid reflux because he spits up just about everything he eats so they are trying to stop that, but its not helping as much as they would like so he has to get an ultra sound in the morning to make sure his asophogus is not to fat (if it is it means its harder for him to get food down it). Im hoping thats not the case but I will leave it in the lords hands and pray he is okay. He also is not tracking (which means he does not follow things with his eyes) Im not worried because Braddoc was the same way but they are going to keep an eye on him to make sure he starts doing it soon.

Here are some of the things we love about Tayton:
*his big beautiful eyes that look like they are going to pop out of his head. I think he has the biggest eyes yet of all our babies, (if thats even possible)

*he is starting to coo and its just such a soft sweet precious sound, it melts my heart. the first time Landon heard it he said, "Look mom Tayton can talk now."
*he sleeps for long stretches at a time which is great for mom to get a nap and to get some sleep at night.
*we finally figured out he would sleep better all together if we bought a wedge to put under his sheet on top of his matteress so he would not be flat and therefor not spit up as much. And now he sleeps for 7-8 hour stretches at night.
*he loves to lay his head on your shoulder and has started to wrap his arm around my shoulder like a little tiny baby hug.
*he loves to by warm and falls asleep almost as soon as we are outside.
*he hates his carseat and who can blame him? but he just whimpers about it every now and then and hardly fusses.
*the only time he cries if when one of his brothers loves on him a little too much and hurts him.
*he will grunt at us when he his hungry of poopy but doesnt really cry
*he has these cute little wrinkles on his tiny litte knees because he has like no fat on his body.
*he has the crooked pinky toe like his daddy and his brothers (what an odd ressive gene).
*he loves to be sung too.
*he is very patient with his big brothers who like to smother him in kisses and hugs and want to hold him all the time. He usually doesnt make a peep when they are both in his face, they only time he really makes an angry face at them is when they poke him.
*he smiles in his sleep A LOT, its so precious, and we are finally starting to get what looks like a smile while he is awake.
*he loves to cuddle up nice and close and fall asleep.
*he sleeps through all the scream and crying and yelling and craziness that goes on in our house, even when its happening only a foot or so away from him.
*he puts himself to sleep.

Here he is right at 8 weeks with his big eyes!!! :O)
7 weeks, just chilling and cooing in his swing, I love the "zoolander" face in this picture.
Has the same nose as his brothers but yet very different at the same time.

All the little men just chilling on the couch. If Tayton is on the couch Braddoc has to be right there with him.

My little pea in a pod, what a sweet angel.

So patient.

Roll TIDE!!! sportin the BAMA gear already.

So very sweet. Look at his long fingers, he has such big hands.

I love this picture!

Brotherly love!!

My sweet tiny little man

I had professional pictures taken at a month but we have yet to get them back yet. As soon as I get them Ill post some on here.

Braddocs 2nd birthday

Braddoc's 2nd birthday was a low key event with some of our good friends.
Braddocs best friend Brynlee was there and a Mickey Mouse cake.
That was all he needed and he loved it.

Is almost 4 enough old enough to shave? Well it is if you are just pretending. :O) Landons Aunts Kala and Emma (noahs younger and older sister) sent the boys all fun presents. They sent Tayton a pooh toy and some pooh car seat hangers and Braddoc a alien monster stuffed toy and Landon a shaving kit. As soon as they opened the box Landon wanted to go right away and shave, we told him he had to wait till bed time. "why mom because thats when daddy shaves?" so silly, "yes because thats when daddy shaves and you can shave with him."

So that night before bed they boys went into the bathroom and shaved like men. He had so much fun and has asked almost every night if he can shave, it is precious.

Learning to shave, and doing pretty darn good.
Getting ready to brush his shaved face? no he was doing his hair (like levi) when he was done.

Such handsome men, soon to be clean baby faced men.

man I love this kiddo he just cracks me on constantly.

tommorow he has his 4 year check up and Braddoc has his two year, so hopefully I can post about them each growing. when I told Landon he had a doctors appointment tommorow he asked me is the doctor was going to poke him. I told him it was his 4 year appointment and he would have to probably get his shots. "Mom get the phone now and call the doctor and ask them and tell them I dont want to get shots, and not to poke me okay?" I laughed and said we would talk to them tommorow to see and if he did have to get shots he would get a band aid and stickers (which he loves) and it seemed to have made him feel better. But I thought it was so cute that he wanted me to call and talk to the doctor about his shots.
